Our manufacturing facility are based on world class Jewelry hub Panyu which allow us to have good sourcing for gemstone and semi-precious stones for custom jewelry.
The gemstone and semi-precious stone is cut from raw stone material according to the bezel size which allow the stone fits very well of the jewelry. This is the advantage compare with buying the stock stone sizing.
Take Larimar as example, for most of our custom sterling silver Larimar jewelry’s order, 80% of the larimar are cut into cabochon. Some designs with low dome finished, some designs with medium dome, some designs with high dome. Custom Larimar cutting allows the stone thickness adjustable to best condition for the defined designs.
Each custom gemstone pieces are 100% inspection before setting and QC process will look again of gemstone quality. Our standard Larimar quality are without black dots, crafts, blue enough, no color pale. The strict quality control befits on helping clients on building a high quality social reputation.
